The privacy and the authenticity. We were met and led to the property. The views are amazing and although out in the country all possible ameneties were at hand and only a short distance away. The property is situated ideally to visit the best Toscana can offer plus Umbria is also close by. It’s obvious that the property is loved and cared for. The owner and her friends and family are keen to make the stay hassle free and memorable.

When you arrive you want to stay forever at this beautiful place. It's just paradise; nature, very quiet and perfect view. Licia is a very kind woman and easy to connect. We loved spending time in here and made memories forever.
