The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a late checkout, which was very welcome, because we were able to leave our luggage in the room while we visited the 2 nearby royal palaces on Wednesday; both are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our room was large, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent and we were given a choice of how we wanted our eggs.

We came here with high expectations, but everything exceeded our expectations! The location, within walking distance from Peles Castle, the welcoming and warm hosts, the extraordinary cleaning lady (who ranged up even my daughter's crayons and toy bunny), the soft music played when you got downstairs, in the hall, at breakfast time, the comfortable rooms, the awesome bathtub - it was a great experience, in which attention to small details is evidently at the core of how this accommodation treats its guests!

The staff was honestly my favorite part of this hotel experience. They had such good energy, always smiling and ready to help whenever you needed anything. It created a really welcoming and positive atmosphere that I loved being part of! The room was incredibly clean — like, spotless. I didn’t see a single speck of dust. The reception area and the hallways were beautifully decorated too, which made everything feel even more cozy and special. The room had everything you might need: candies, bottled water, even an ashtray on the balcony. It was super comfortable overall. The hotel is just a few stops away from the city center and very close to Peles Castle and the cable car station, which is perfect for exploring. Breakfast was great too! It was a buffet style where you could pick whatever you wanted, plus coffee or tea. The food was very tasty and fresh. It was totally worth every penny! Honestly, I had a great time here and would definitely come back!
