Shared Kitchen facilities, electric stove, microwave, kettle,able to prepare meals. Downtown location, 1 km from the train station. The location is accurate.

Room was clean and the bed was good. There was a chair and table also in the room. Bathroom had a bathtub!

The lady was very nice, ambient was warm and comfortable. The terrace (common area) was nice. Bonus points for the cat which was a cutie, but don’t worry she/he stays outside.
