Everything was amazing!The room was very big and clean and smelled very nice,the bed was very comfortable.The bathroom was very clean .We had a very beautiful view from the room.We will surely comeback. The property deserves 5 stars.

We got an upgrade and had a room with a superb view. Hotel location is walking distance to Peles castle and gondola station (important cos Bolt is hard to book at these 2 locations). Quality bathroom fittings (Grohe, Molten Brown shampoo/handwash). Very clean and nicely renovated room. Nice breakfast !! The hotel lobby area is so tastefully renovated (most beautiful boutique hotel that i have visited). Friendly staff too !!

The room was amazing with a huge bathroom, huge bed, two balconies overseeing mountains. The area near reception is spectacular, no problem with parking (mid June 2025). Elevator available.
