Excellent location - there is a big supermarket downstairs, there are many bars and restaurants around, and a nice beach is within 5 minutes walking distance. The price per night is quite reasonable for Sint Marteen standards.

The location is above a grocery store and walking distance to many restaurants and night life. AC is 20/10 and the warm water works amazing. You get a smart TV that you can watch Netflix and YouTube whenever you feel like. I would book here again if I want a quick staycation on a budget because it is pretty decent
