Located in the safest area of Simon’s Town, Penguinden - load-shedding free offers stunning views of the magic False Bay and Boulders Beach is within walking distance. It boasts a lush tea garden with indigenous plants, a barbecue area, a suntan area and free Wi-Fi

This sea-facing apartment is located on the top floor of the building and features two spacious double rooms and a private balcony with views of False Bay. It is equipped with a living room, dining area and a smart TV. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities. The three bathrooms has a baths, showers and hairdryer. NOTE: This room can not be booked at the same time as the Double Room with Private External Bathroom and/or the Royal Suite with Sea View.

Love everything about the place only missed out on a barbecue or braai on our stay. As it was raining we could.not braai down stairs in the then weather.

The views are exceptional from Sunset to sunrise. The apartment has everything you need for a stop over. John the host is knowledgeable and interacted with the kids and us with recommendations for dinner etc. Easy to find and easy process to get keys.

I felt right at home staying at this property. I am a 28 year old female and traveled by myself. I felt very safe staying here and the surrounding area was lovely! The owner was lovely and made me feel very welcome. There were recommendations, from the owner, for restaurants around the area which were very helpful. The view from my room was also breathtaking. I would never get sick of waking up to that everyday. I would definitely stay here again.
