Known as Cottage 1685, this historic cottage from 1901 was built by Sir Herbert Baker for Cecil John Rhodes. Guests will be able to experience a bygone era as you relax in your private villa and garden. Breakfast is prepared daily by your housekeeper. This cottage is located 2.2 km from the property's restaurant and deli. Please note that the price is based on 6 guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 adults (see Hotel Policies). The extra person rates vary according to the season and may be lower than indicated in the policies.

The house exceeded our best expectations by far. It is beautifully situated with a stunning view. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. Personnel are very friendly and service delivery is absolutely professional. I cannot recommend the Vineyard House more strongly! We will in future like to visit this property annually! Absoluetly fantastic, and a privilege to stay there!
