Beautiful pool, spotlessly clean and well equiped apartment. A comfortable 10 minute walk to the beach and centre. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and we would stay again if we visit villasimius in the future

We were a family of 4 and the house was perfect for us. While it looks alot bigger in the pictures, the house is quite cosy. There is a spooky level downstairs, but no one uses it. The pool is awesome, its got a jet on it if you are into doing laps. The outdoor living was great, we used it most nights ( as we didnt enjoy the local restaurants). The house is close to the city and close to the beaches ( walking to both but better by car).

This is a stunning property, in which every detail has been thought out and finished perfectly. it is very comfortable. There is excellent aircon, appliances, bed linen etc. The garden is beautiful and the pool is the centrepiece. The property is spotless. The hosts Mattia and Laura have been very helpful throughout. Every possible detail was thought of, for example we had a baby with us, and they were kind enough to provide a baby chair, cot and even baby cutlery. There are two generous double rooms and a third smaller bedroom. The bathrooms are also perfect. There is a utility and washing machine, which was very handy. The kitchen is perfect; good fridge and freezer. There are also outdoor bbq/ kitchen facilities and a covered/shaded eating area. Off-street parking. Another lovely touch is the provision of two bicycles; very handy for the beach at the end of the road, or for going into town. Villasimius itself is only about a 10 minute walk. All in all a 5-star experience. Would love to stay again!
