That it was in an orange grove. Really nice for walks. The apartment was well set up and provisioned with essentials. Filipe, the owner, was very friendly and keen to provide insights into local culture and area

Filipe, the host, really stands out. He’s friendly, accommodating and enjoys sharing stories about his orange field that surrounds the accommodation, which sits at the top of it. The apartment itself is spotless and well maintained. Even in the middle of summer, the climate here is pleasantly cool, which makes it very comfortable. Families will especially appreciate the two pools, one of them designed for kids with a maximum depth of 1 meter. For those working remotely, the additional room with a great view is what makes this place worth it. Another great thing is the shaded parking, so when heading out to Silves or the nearby beaches, you don’t have to worry about returning to a hot car.
