Villa was a real home from home, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The heated pool was a real bonus and the gated driveway ensured our safety. Nuno was a great host and answered any questions promptly. Highly recommend

Villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you would want if you were self catering. Spacious accommodation with 2 large bedrooms with double beds. Sitting room with large TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Secure behind electric gates. The villa is about a 5 minute drive from Silves. You could walk in under 30 minutes but the lighting is not good and it is quite a busy road. A private drive from the road leads to the villa which is set back a couple of hundred metres. Plenty of space around the villa and pool for children playing. Well kept gardens all round the villa with orange trees. Views across open countryside from the patio. The host was very easy to contact and was proactive in providing information. A couple of good restaurants nearby. O Barradas is lovely. Cafe Ingles under the castle walls is lively, relaxed and regularly has live music. Both places have excellent service. Cafe Ingles has pizzas as well as local specialities. The road connections are very good if you want to get to places like Monchique or Alte for walking or to Portimau on the coast.
