The staff were amazing - especially Ali (if I remembered his name correctly). The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel was clean (though there’s no TV). It has a relaxed pool vibe, and overall it’s great value for money. Location-wise, it’s just 5 minutes from Selong Belanak Beach, making it very convenient for surfing.

Staying here was a delight! The front desk staff, restaurant, and cleaning team were exceptionally friendly, warm, helpful and polite. Check in process was excellent, we were greeted with a refreshing drink and smiles. The room was very clean, despite it being near the beach there was no sand yucky-feeling on the floor. Bed was extremely comfortable, room had black-out curtains. Even the outdoor shower was beautiful, it smelt like vanilla and sandalwood— didn’t experience any weird drainage smells like some other reviews. The shampoo/bath soap/conditioner provided was very good quality and smelt amazing + sufficient clean towels/beach towels available. Free breakfast offered was so good— very vegan friendly, the staffs are knowledgeable on plant-based requirements. Quiet, relaxing, peaceful, one of my best stays in Indonesia so far. Would definitely come back again!

The staff were soooo great, everyone we met was so helpful and friendly and kind. The breakfast was lovely, the pancakes are amazing and we will miss them! Good coffees too. The rooms and pools were lovely. The staff clean the rooms every day if you need them to, fresh towels etc. Room service was fantastic!
