We stayed on 2 separate occasions & both times it was excellent. The room was spacious & clean with a comfortable bed. There is also a wonderful terrace with views to Kanchenjunga on a clear day. The staff are really kind, friendly & helpful- we had an evening train & we were able to leave our bags during the day. The location is ideal for Siliguri Junction station & the Hong Kong Market is a short walk. There are plenty of food options close by. We would definitely recommend Phoenix. Thank you Utpal & Uttam for a great stay.
