We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row, and I really have to compliment the staff. The lady at the reception is very kind, and they’re flexible with check-in and check-out times. Since we were leaving very early in the morning, they arranged for us to have breakfast at a nearby café that opens at 6 AM, which was very thoughtful. The room was clean, with a lovely terrace, and definitely good value for the price.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and lovely. It was clean. The room I was in had a mini stove which made it more convenient. There was also a great pizza restuarant below and a supermarket. Breakfast was small but met every need. 15-17 min walk from the bus station.

The room had separate entrance from the central hotel (kind of apartment). Quite spacious. Had a fridge and a balcony. Included basic breakfast, enough to feel more or less fed up. In the same building there are supermarket Penny and Pizzeria located, which is very helpful. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. It takes about half an hour to get to Florence by car.
