Location was fantastic. Such a brilliant combination of mountains and sea. Hotel was spacious and clean. The rooms were very spacious with fantastic views. Lovely heated spa overlooking harbour

Very pretty location. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was lovely, the shower was splendid and breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly during our one night stay. We picked this as a 'fancy' option during a road trip around Iceland and it was worth the detour up around the fjord to do so. The hot tub is indeed hot and made for a nice way to wind down in the evening. With the bed being so comfortable it made getting a great night's sleep really easy. The curtains blocked out the light really well so the midnight sun isn't going to keep you awake all night in the spring and summer. Had a lovely night.

Amazing hotel, located beautifully with perfect hot tub on the fjord, best hotel we've been to in Iceland. The staff is amazing, really above and beyond. Especially Eva from the front desk that was so kind and helpful, and definately gave a homy and most welcoming feeling throughout the stay. She made a real difference, we really hope to be back one day!
