Not to far to walk or a short tuk tuk ride to places to eat and drink, or local attractions, clean well kept property

This is the best place you can stay at in Sigiriya, especially considering the rent. The hosts are way too friendly! Probably the most cost-friendly place we've been to in Sri Lanka too. The complementary breakfast was amazing. It was Sri Lanka's traditional breakfast, and every item was delicately prepared. We had bananas, sandwiches, coconut pancakes, omelettes, vegetable rolls, and tea. Couldn’t believe everything was included with the room rent.
