I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sigiriya Jungles, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They offered cold towels & fresh fruit drinks before checking in. What impressed me the most was the welcome, hospitality & smiling faces. The front house team at Sigiriya Jungles kept me informed of every detail of the hotel, Lion Rock and other exciting places. Highly recommend Sigiriya Jungles to anyone visiting the area and trustworthy services & a relaxing hotel. Their exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty.

My recent stay at Sigiriya Jungle was truly exceptional. The entire staff, from the front desk – Sakuara - to the housekeeping, was incredibly helpful and attentive. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location was also perfect to visit Lions Rock, being close to town & main road, easy to navigate. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip. We were only there for the Breakfast & dinners, lovely, large buffet. Chef, all around to assist with what we should eat. DO NOT MISS tasty buffets …..

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Sri Lanka! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front staff & manager; our names were Kwon, and we were upgraded to the suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!), and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day, we did a village trek, which was guided by Mangla, who works as a bellman in the hotel as well. He is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath at the end was a great way to end the trekking.

The staff were fantastic. We travelled with a young baby and they really looked after us and were so friendly and engaging with our baby. The accommodation was good, the food fantastic and the pool area really welcoming. We would definitely recommend to a friend. A fantastic place to start our Sri Lankan adventure.

What an absolutely incredible stay in a truly beautiful location. The rooms were beautiful, well thought out and felt the perfect balance of jungle and comfort/cleanliness. Pool was beautiful, clean and well maintained throughout the day with towel service. Golf buggies to transport people and luggage which was a great touch and very useful for us travelling with 3 kids! Our favourite part had to be the food… the evening buffet was SO GOOD! Loved the different food stations and options available. Interesting, varied and really fresh. Amazing for kids too as there will definitely be something for everyone. Breakfast buffet = equally as good! Eating here was such a great part of our trip and we all got so excited to eat every time! The restaurant also had Live music by various musicians each night too - just fantastic for a relaxing evening after a day of climbing Sigiriya! Every one of the staff who interacted with us or our 3 children were just wonderful and so welcoming. On our departure, check out was super easy and we were sent on our way with little lunch bags and water - such a lovely touch! We were lucky enough to be there for Sri Lankan New Year, (April) and it was so lovely to see the decorations and live music throughout the day. Really special stay and we will 100% be back. Thank you Sigiriya Jungles! Only slight downside, it’s about 20 mins from Sigiriya rock, however it really didn’t bother us. We loved the slightly more out of the way location.

This Resort need absolutely complete renovation. Room and bathroom really to old. For my opinion: Food excellent Pool excellent Services excellent Room and bathroom need complete renovation.

I stayed last week at Sigiriya Jungles for our first Sri Lankan visit. I am so impressed with the reception staff and overall service. Having visited other Asian cities, Malaysia and India, Sigiriya Jungle Hotel staff are definitely friendly & polite. It is close to many attractions and pleasant to walk around. Great wines & cocktails, ambience, and good food.

I had a wonderful stay here during our 6 nights in Sri Lanka. Great location, nice restaurant, delicious snacks, and most of all, the most amazing staff. The free garden tours by the staff were a great introduction, and the team went out of their way to make sure we had all the logistics we needed. Bravo! Best dinner buffet enjoyed in Sri Lanka. super spa. It is authentic and local. Tip – Take a little time outdoors to enjoy animal details & if you need help, contact any staff.
