the property is new and has a nice outside area, it is set off the main street so it feels as if you are in the jungle but conveniently situated close by to all the main attractions and restaurants.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Great location and nice surroundings. Stuff was very lovely and helpful with arranging transport and activities! Would definitely recommend this place

Super nice owner! The rooms are clean and decent (make sure you get the ones with AC though since not all of them have AC). When we arrived, no double room with AC was available so the owner gave us a family room instead for the same rate which was great. The breakfast was very good and copious!

Sarat goes above and beyond to take care of his guests. The level of care was truly remarkable. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms were spacious, property was beautiful, and you really can't get much closer to town/Sigiriya.
