The views were the highlight of our stay and sitting on our terrace was wonderful looking over rice paddies to the rock. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to Lion Rock, and there were plenty of places to eat at nearby.

The view of Lion’s rock was incredible and the property was peaceful and very clean. The hosts were incredibly friendly, they welcomed us with juice and cake which made the atmosphere instantly come across as welcoming. The host was incredible! He spoke to us and welcomed us to his property and wanted to introduce himself and get to know us. He arranged transport for us to go to Dambulla, an early morning hike to watch the sunrise over Lion’s rock and a great value taxi service to go to the elephant sanctuary on our way to Kandy. Could not recommend this homestay enough!

Amazing views of Lion Rock… absolutely spectacular. The breakfast was brilliant and the hosts were kind and hospitable.

Amazing views over breakfast, overlooking fields full of birds and Sigiriya rock. Can't ask for a better way to start the day. The hotel owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helped us arrange anything we needed. Short walking distance to restaurants and bars (tip- visit the Rastarant) and bus stop, with Sigiriya rock walkable too (albeit a little further). Hotel rooms are modern with A/C, and a nice balcony. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
