The hotel was set in a very exotic fauna surrounding with a small lake of koi carp. The breakfast was patticularly good.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and spotless; great value for money. Location was also ideal. The highlight was definitely the staff, who were more than kind at all times, and the breakfast (homemade and absolutely delicious!).

The location was great - only about 15min walk to the main town but some really delicious restaurants just around the corner maybe 5 minute walk The staff were so friendly and helped organise transport to dambulla and also offered many tours! We had breakfast every morning which was delicious and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Also a really cute and friendly dog to greet us!

We were a group of 9 and we were looked after very well. Food was excellent and staff very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were enormous. Highly recommend
