Kind hosts, amazing food for breakfast and dinner. Host took us to all the places we wanted to go to and some extra spots as well. Very welcoming and unique way to experience Sigiriya

The homestay is about a 10 minute walk from the main Sigirya road so it's quiet. The host has a TukTuk so he can provide transport as needed. Just be sure to clarify pricing. He also took me to a small lake for a swim when he and others in the community were doing their laundry in the lake. The price is low but from being in town there are better similarly priced options that are more convenient to town.

I stayed here for three days. The owner was very kind and always cared about me. When I went to see the sunrise at Sigiriya Rock in the morning, he took me there by tuk-tuk (for an additional fee). You can walk to Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala Rock from here, but it’s safer to take a tuk-tuk early in the morning or late at night. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. I even went to a nearby lake with the owner to bathe and swim, and he also took me to a nearby temple. Every morning the breakfast was different and very delicious. On my last day, I also had a wonderful dinner here. It’s a beautiful family-run place with a wonderful family. I really came to love this place.

The perfect place to relax, the outdoor area is shaded under tropical trees with a lovely seating area. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean. The host is very welcoming and kind, he offers tuktuk services which is very convenient and gives tips around local activities. The family cooks Sri Lankan breakfasts which are delicious. Honestly a great stay.
