Great location- next to the escalators near the old town. Very friendly helpful staff.

20th century charm. The personnel were all very pleasant and professional. The location next to the escalators is very convenient for reaching the centre of Siena. We had dinner one evening in the restaurant and it was very good: authentic, well-cooked dishes and good service.
