Simply spectacular. The physical property is majestic. The service responsive, efficient and first class…no request seemed like too much. The room was quiet and luxurious and room service prompt. Loved everything.

This is the only 5 stars hotel in the old city center! We truly love our stay, particularly greeted by helpful staff who guided us to drive to the hotel patiently and made prior registration of our car plate. We did not try the food there, but our room is beautiful. Located on the second floor, the room has a very high ceiling and well decorated. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Breakfast and service were fantastic. Wonderful view of Banchi di Sopra from the room out of a beautiful big window.
