The room was very beautiful and comfortable, and I slept very well. The host was very helpful, welcoming and friendly, with very clear instructions. The location is close to the city center, and it was convenient to unload our luggage in front of the house by car.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and professional. He explained all the facilities in great detail and even provided clear videos showing how to reach the apartment and where to park nearby, which was very helpful for us as we were traveling by car. We also truly appreciated that the host helped us register our car for the ZTL (restricted traffic zone) access permit. This made our arrival and stay much easier and stress-free. Highly recommended, and thank you again for your great hospitality!

A beautiful interior imbued with wonderful sense of design and attention to detail – a nice balance between the old and the new. And in a great location offering a quiet retreat just a few minutes from the Piazza del Campo. Maurizio was a friendly and helpful host with good suggestions for navigating the city, finding places to eat etc. Good coffee and a nice breakfast with extra touches like a cake to make one feel at home. It was a delight to stay in a place in which so much heart has clearly been invested.
