The apartment is located in a quiet street at a great and strategic location, very close to the train station and next to Porta Camollia, so the city centre is very easy to access. It is located at the last floor and has a big terrace with a beautiful view towards the hills in the North-East (direction Basilica dell'Osservanza). My room was way bigger than I would have needed, and everything was very clean. The modern kitchen (which I did not use) is an extra facility that can make someone's stay a bit cheaper. The presence of two bathrooms for four rooms made the sharing of the bathroom very manageable. Overall, the room was great value for money! Alfredo was a friendly host, and kindly welcomed me outside of regular check-in times due to a significant delay of my train. I would definitely overnight here again.

It was very clean and Alfredo greeted us with a late check-in and allowed us to store our luggage in the foyer for 2hours after check out. The views were stunning from outside the property

The room was very clean, and the place itself was very nice and cosy. The owner and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Very thing was well organised. It's is very near to the train station and city centre, we could easily walk, public transportation is also very easily accessible.

Nice environment and great heater system make you stay warm during night time :) small kitchen can have simple cook which is good! Wide room and towel providing ,everything’s so fine for me.
