Lovely hotel with great staff. I started my via francigena in Siena and sent the hotel question about where I can buy the pellegrino passport - and I was so surprised that they gave it to me as present. that was extremely nice :) Breakfast is great. Room lovely and clean.

Location was great and the gentleman at reception was lovely. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he helped with my luggage as there are no lifts, then he also helped me over to a cab with my bags. Thank you! The rooms are spacious and clean and the windows open out which was nice. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was delicious and so many options! Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is really lovely. It is a stone's throw from the center, well-maintained and with friendly staff. I was impressed with my room. It looked even better than in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and my room was quiet at night due to its garden orientation. Continental breakfast was offered, and I enjoyed it. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and charming. I would happily stay there again.

This hotel is perfect for visiting Siena, the location could not be better for walking Siena . The staff are very helpful and and have he answers to all your questions, where to go , what to see, where to eat etc etc The double room was small and comfortable , exceptionally clean with marble bathroom . Breakfast super with a selection of fruit , pastries, cereals, cheese , eggs and more . The whole stay 2 nights were very enjoyable and would recommend others to stay at Chiusarelli to add to your fabulous Siena experience and great value !

Everything in this hotel was perfect 01.Clean, smill of bed sheet was amazing 02. very good housekeeping system 03. location easy to approch to everything 04.Staff were the best I have experienced in italy, they helped in everything, my special thanks to Lorenzo , Marco & barbara. They made my stay comftable , and they also gave me breakfast to go as I was leaving siena early in the morning. 05. Price , it worth 06. Nice interior
