The staff were fantastic, and real credit to the hotel. All so helpful and professional, all done with a smile, brilliant. The room was kept spotless, thanks to the cleaners. The hotel is located in the centre of siem reap so we can walk everywhere, but it is also in a quiet road, so not a lot of noise or traffic. Lovely breakfast and food.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Pub Street and the Old Market, making it easy to explore the heart of Siem Reap. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, but we also highly recommend trying the hotel’s own restaurant, which offers a variety of delicious meals throughout the day at very reasonable prices. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always ready to assist and provided helpful recommendations during our stay. The room amenities were complete and sufficient for a comfortable stay. One thoughtful touch was the hotel’s provision of a reusable water tumbler, which guests can refill—an excellent initiative to reduce single-use plastic. If you prefer not to use the stairs, you can request a ground-floor room in advance. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends. The Urban and the broader StayNature Group will definitely be our top choice when we return to Cambodia. This hotel became a memorable part of our Siem Reap experience, and we believe that anyone who stays here will have an equally enjoyable visit.
