The room was large, comfortable with excellent facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet with a lovely pool. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here.

Although a little way out of town it’s only a 10 min tuk tuk ride (6000 riel) and it was peaceful. I can’t imagine how you would sleep in a city centre location! Lovely room Lovely staff Quiet pool area, gorgeous sun trap Great laundry service

I stayed at the Palmery for 6 nights as a solo female traveler. The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was so kind but the owner Mey really went over and beyond to help me out. I left a sentimental necklace in my room. She arranged to send it to my next destination where her friend had a hotel. I have never experienced customer service on this level and when I tried to offer to pay her for the shipping, she refused. I still cannot wrap my head around this kind of generosity and caring.
