Pool area was very nice. Although it was interested to follow, how some parents didn't let children to disturb others, and the others just didn't care at all. Peaceful situation so near of everything.

The hotel room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in organising things. We booked a private tuk tuk driver through the hotel (called Vanna) to take us around for three days, to explore the temples (small tour, big tour and lady temple). Vanna was very friendly and shared some of his life stories in cambodia. He also provided us with some background/ context on the temples we saw as we were driving around. I would highly recommend taking a tour with him. The hotel is located within a short walking distance (around 8-10 mins) to the city centre (pub street, old Market etc) so was able to walk everywhere.

Staff was lovely and super helpful in arranging tours and transportation. Close proximity to town, restaurants and spas. Pool was in a peaceful garden setting. Room was large, with high ceilings and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great. We had a wonderful stay!

The staff is definitely a highlight for this accommodation. Always on top of anything that you might wish for. The property is clean and cozy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was enormous and we had a special treat for Valentine’s Day which was so sweet. The pool is wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

We had an excellent time at The Moon. Especially the staff really made our trip. Mr. Vireak, Mr. Menghour, Mr. Cheat and the whole team helped us out with anything and gave us great recommendations and assistance. The hotel has a great atmosphere, with a nice pool and good restaurant. It’s within walking distance to the city center. The staff is really exceptional!!

The garden and the pool area are really beautiful! Staff is really kind and nice they have good english and are helpful if you have questions. The rooms are big and the location is also very good!
