An environmentally and socially responsible hotel. It is great that the hotel is plastic-free. The staff are phenomenal and took the very best care of me after I was hospitalised with heat stroke. I couldn’t fault them in anyway. Gorgeous rooms, garden and pool, lovely restaurant with excellent food and drinks. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Just a wonderful hotel - everything about it was exceptional. It is elegant, calm & quiet. Just a short tuk tuk ride from the busy, noisy city it feels like an oasis. The pool is kept sparkling clean & so welcome after a busy day exploring all the many things Siem Reap has to offer. Everywhere was kept clean & tidy. The staff - every single one we were in contact with, were friendly & very helpful. They all go above & beyond to ensure a happy stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Thank you to Sokhea & the restaurant staff - you were all fabulous & the meals top notch, served beautifully at an excellent price. Thanks to Nann & all the reception staff - you were all wonderful. Even a small issue was dealt with in a calm, helpful & professional manner which took all concern away. It is pleasing that this is a training Hotel as it gives these young people an opportunity to learn from experts & we witnessed the trainees working so hard to please. Excellent value & we would definitely stay here again if returning to the area.

Amazing hotel! The staff super friendly and professional. On welcome we get some drinks and towels to refresh - the detail but making the check-in process smoother. In the afternoon there they serve tea with snacks - great moment during the day. Large room (even suite for our family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), efficient air-condition. The pool was small but nice and comfortable to rest. Nice building/villa.
