Everything! Fantastic room Great restaurant with fabulous food! Great breakfast Amazing spa and massages!! The best staff I have come across at any hotel in the world!! Clean as a whistle all the time! Quiet location but close to all attractions! Incredible value for money!!!!

This place is called PARADISE. In the package we bought we had included the pick up at the airport, the massage and the laundry. Starting with the pick-up everything was perfect. When we arrived the structure greeted us with an excellent iced tea and fantastic news, a room upgrade, a suite with a pool view! The room is very large, very clean, always fresh, the staff is always very kind and available for all our requests. The spa has always satisfied our requests with excellent and relaxing massages. The rich and high quality breakfast and the pool deserves an honourable mention, beautiful, clean, large and refreshing. Perfect location also to easily visit the temples of Angkor and reach the city centre. What else to say, we loved you!

I initially booked 7 nights at Shintana Saya La Maison but ended up extending my stay for 4 more — that alone says how much I enjoyed it. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout, everything was exceptional. The staff are truly caring and professional, always going the extra mile to make your stay special. The swimming pool area is a peaceful oasis — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the temples. I also treated myself to a massage every day, which became a highlight of my stay. The quality and consistency were excellent. The on-site restaurant is fantastic. Every meal I had was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It’s clear the kitchen puts a lot of care into everything they serve. Thank you to everyone at Shintana Saya La Maison. You made my stay in Siem Reap truly memorable. I highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
