“One of the best stays I’ve ever had!”

From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming — a special shoutout to Anita and her colleague for their 5-star service (actually, beyond 5 stars!). 🌟 The hospitality was top-notch and truly made me feel right at home. My room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and super cozy. 🛏️ What made it even better? The hotel is just a 5–10 minute walk to the city center — super convenient for exploring! 🚶‍♀️🗺️ If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, location, and exceptional service — this is it! 
Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back! 💖

We had a fantastic stay at The Community Siem Reap, made especially memorable by the amazing service from the staff — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Our ground-floor room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with lounge chairs, a desk with a proper chair, good WiFi, power sockets by the bed, cold AC, and a hot shower. The location is ideal — easy cycling distance to Angkor Wat (with a cycle lane right outside), and the hotel’s own remorques made getting to and from town super convenient and inexpensive. We loved that they had quality mountain bikes for hire, which made our trips to Angkor Wat even more enjoyable. The sunrise tour, organized by the hotel with a knowledgeable guide, was a true highlight. There are a few areas for improvement. The toilet had a poor flush, and while there are two communal pools, neither were very usable for us — one was right at the entrance next to the restaurant (awkward placement), and the other was too far, located on the rooftop. We booked a head, neck, and shoulder massage, but it was done on the bed, which wasn’t comfortable. Oddly, my partner and I received different styles of massage despite booking the same service — and there was more back work than anything on the head or neck. Food was a little bland for our taste, but the afternoon tea was a nice touch. A great plus was the water refill station at the entrance and the large thermo flask they provided, which we took with us on our temple visits — very eco-friendly and convenient. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, this is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap — clean, organized, and well-located with a warm, attentive team. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Angkor Wat.

The staff are absolutely amazing at this hotel, they go over and above! It has such a warm atmosphere and the rooms are clean and stylish. It is a perfect distance from Angkor and a 20-30 minute enjoyable flat walk into the centre of town. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Siem Reap! 😄💫
