I liked everything about this hotel, but In particular the warmth and helpfulness of the staff. They were all excellent. The room itself was modern, clean, comfortable and luxurious. The free tuk tuk in the evening to the town centre is also a nice touch.

The room was huge! It was so quiet after a day at the temples. The food was really lovely and the omelettes at breakfast were delicious! It was close to town, short tuk tuk away but the best of all were the staff….they really did make the stay amazing! They made us feel really special!! Huge shout out to Mr Lucky and actually everyone….nothing was ever too much trouble! There was a lovely lass who waited on us…..I wish I could remember her name! She greeted us with a huge smile every time we came back, she even tried to teach us some basic phrases :-) Mr Riay ?? took us out and about, lovely guide and we would hope to see him again! We hope to see them all again, perhaps for 2 weeks where we can enjoy some down time too. Happy hour passion fruit mojitos and margaritas……wow!

The staff were brilliant. So helpful, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was nice , the food was nice, the facilities were nice but the staff are what makes it - 11/10

Our room was with private pool which was nice but was lacking on gardening side i.e. some plants etc. We saw some bushes growing over the top. Room was spacious but we spotted few mosquitoes, reported and then got sorted. Shower gel etc. is way high to reach when you are having shower. It should be easily accessible when showering. There should be no glass bottles for shower gel, shampoo etc. for safety reason in case it slips off your hand. This is what happened to me. I have reported this to the management. It is not ideal for older people. They should have body lotion which was lacking Breakfast was good but they could have done more by introducing local food. Many thanks to all the staffs and special thanks to Mr Vichet, Miss Tune, Mrs Jeney, Miss Berry, Aytin and Samart. Our very special thanks to Andy at the reception and Mr Lucky in the restaurant for looking after us.
