It was our second stay at Jaya House River Park Hotel and just like the first time a wonderful experience. From the pick up at the airport till our last moments at the hotel we had the best time ever and enjoyed every second of our trip. Jaya House is a unique boutique hotel and a hidden gem in Siem Reap. The staff made us feel welcome at any moment and made all our wishes and expectations come true. Moreover we would like thank the very competent and friendly staff at the reception, Ana and the best tour guide Lee, who accompanied us for a few days, showed us around the beautiful temples and the city. That way we learned so much about Cambodias culture, history and traditions. We could not have imagined a better hotel for our trip to Cambodia.

Outstandingly beautiful, calming, serene, a slice of the very best Cambodia has to offer. This is the jewel of Siem Reap, the experience is some heartwarming and uplifting. This place is one of a kind and would recommend it for those looking for staff members who go above and beyond, are genuine and sincere in everything they can do for you.

We liked everything …. The staff, the facilities, the ambiance. Everything was perfect, transfer from the airport, arrival, room, massages and meals included in our room, complimentary laundry! The staff were so friendly and spoke excellent English, please stay here and take a trip to Anchor Watt with Mr. Hann. Superbly run hotel, the best experience.
