from the moment we arrived we were well cared for with cool towels, refreshments and snacks, we were not rushed and given time to catch our breath before they came to us for check in, were given genuine advise for activities and services available and enjoyed our first night with dinner and traditional music and dance show at the hotel. Joey was exceptional as was the Manager our room was well apointed and very clean, all facilities were great and staff were all very kind and friendly. we booked a 3 hour city tour on arrival via hotel and joey from our hotel was our guide, we were so happy with her suggestions and what the tour involved a wonderful experiance all round. hotel location is central with lots to experiances right outside the entrance and only a short walk to beer street for additional evening entertainment and eateries.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Food was delicious. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Great location in Siem Reap. Close to markets and pub street. Lots of affordable transport options around. Not far from Angkor Wat in a Tuk Tuk. Two beautiful pool options. Excellent room service. Fairly quiet rooms.

Room: We stayed in the Royal Suite at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (a special thank you to Vattana). We were able to do a late checkout (18:00) for additional fee (not the full room rate). Breakfast had a good selection of options and typical english breakfast options. Room service is also good with a wide range of options. (Siem reap does have mosquitos and the rooms had plug in repellant.) Spa: The spa was open until late 23:00. We opted for the Aspara package (scrub, wrap, massage) which was extremely well priced (with Spa credit). The ladies were amazing and attentive. They even helped with pain my partner had for a few days. Angkor Wat Tour: The private tour was a bit pricey but worth the experience. Our guide, Lucky, was extremely knowledgeable and worked at our pace. The breakfast on the boat was relaxing and well timed after the early wakeup (to catch sunrise at Angkor Wat). I really appreciate that Lucky was able to capture amazing pictures for us. She was truly fantastic.
