Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay .. from the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional, hospitable and personable but in a very non-obtrusive way. The lobby and dining area are very calming and pretty, and we really loved the little air-conditioned cafe inside with books and delicious iced coffees, a nice place to hide from the heat in the day. We loved the pool and our rooms having pool access was great. Rooms themselves are so clean and comfortable, nice beds and linens. The manager (I guess) came to chat with us a few times, very thoughtful and kind guy. Thanks Jenny for looking after us and also the lovely lady in the cafe/restaurant with glasses, we didn't catch her name. Lovely touches such as farewell traditional scarves and last night dinner which was really nice. Also - the free tuktuks in the evening to take you to the market/pubs area was a really nice touch!

The hotel is really beatifull with all the green. Rooms are very pleasant and the hotel staff is young but very helpfull and willing. Would book the hotel again!

Eightfold Urban in Siem Reap was the absolute highlight of our time in Cambodia. BIG shout out to the staff who genuinely go over and above to ensure your experience is seamless, enjoyable and exceeds expectations. They helped us tee up a tour to the temples, free transport in and out of centre of town in the evening, beautifully spaced room, pool was a dream, terrific food and cocktails too! A true hidden gem. Pro tip - spend a little more for a pool access room - you won't regret it! If you're planning your trip to Siem Reap don't miss out on this next level experience. Genuinely going to miss this place and we will leave with such fond memories - thank you Eightfold Urban - until next time!
