We are a couple who stayed from 8th to 15th September 2023. The house has 4 bedrooms of which we only used one. At the price if you had a large party it would be a bargain. House is clean and comfortable with good TVs and wifi, excellent kitchen, and our Top floor bedroom was very comfortable. Location is ideal for Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Seaton & Branscome and a reasonable drive to Dartmouth. The Donkey Sanctuary is also well worth a visit. Instructions for location and access are emailed to you and are extremely accurate. I recommend staying here!
