Location close to wildlife & lovely views but not far to Sidmouth and Honiton

Location and the hosts was very friendly and gave us lots of useful information on the area

The hosts were super, we had everything we needed, the tap water was certified spring water and great to drink, the guest garden had table and chairs and a bird feeder, through the french windows I watched a woodpecker, blue tits, a black cap, sparrows, a blackbird, it's a beautiful location.

Very quiet, peaceful location. Mandy and her husband made us feel welcome and recommended places for us to visit, which was very helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very cosy and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for us, as we didn't want to be cooking much on our holiday! Plenty of hot water and the shower/bathroom was lovely. We can highly recommend Oakcroft and hopefully we will be coming to stay here again in the not too distant future.
