Overall, the property is not bad and it matches the photos, but there are quite a few shortcomings. The house is not particularly attractive from the outside, and the third bedroom is not really a fully functional bedroom as it lacks proper furniture and even a bedside lamp. The towels were worn and looked old. Considering these issues, the place feels significantly overpriced. Breakfast was also disappointing — typically delivered wrapped in plastic and already cold, which did not feel professional at all. All in all, the accommodation is average at best.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and responsive to requests. The villa was in a great location with views over rice paddies and towards Agung. Convenience stores and restaurants were within short walking distance. We enjoyed our two night stay very much.
