Clean, quiet, shaded, lots of animals on the property who were all adorable! Incredibly friendly and helpful family, we learned so much about Sideman and Bali because of them! We were close to lots of local warungs and did a tour with Ketut, Jack’s brother who showed us all through the rice fields, to a waterfall, to the weaving factory and more. We also loved the banana pancakes for breakfast!

A jewel ♥️ in Sidemen ;this homestay, and its forest garden, dogs, cats and Nature habitants ,hosted by kindness and presence, by owner and familly staff ;intentional simplicity, encompasses mental,emotional and physical spaciouness , that allows ,for relaxation and self-integration, if one is open , visiting South-Asia. A whole experience♥️ Rooms are Balinese style well decorated , more than perfect ! Amazing breakfast ;supply of water, and smiles all over. Surely, will be back, for a long stayer , next time! Thank you All ♥️🙏

The clean and spacious room, the comfortable bed with a blanket (which I've discovered is not a given in Bali, even in hotels) and the cosy terrace looking out into the small garden. I did not meet Jack but Nyoman, who's Jack's brother, welcomed us warmly and was always so friendly and made a delicious pineapple pancake. Ditto Ketut who brought us our coffee and breakfast. Their dog and cats also dropped by often for hugs and backrubs. We also took a one day tour with Jack's friend Neck and had a great experience walking the rice terraces and visiting a friendly farmer's home. An all round memorable homestay experience!

The location. I felt right at home and the neighbours were kind-hearted and friendly. The kids flying their kites were gorgeous too and the animals were adorable at the Homestay.
