We absolutely loved everything about this place! The view is magical, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Absolutely amazing! We would love to stay again in the future.

The reception lady was really nice and helpful. The view is really pretty, pool was cool and the nature at night was so beautifully loud! Our stay here was a bit unfortunate as we had no personal driver and it rained so maybe we were just unlucky. But this was the least favorite property.

A great view of Mount Agung and the surrounding rice fields. The frontage of Frangipani is excellent. Ms Iluh, the reception and property manager, greeted us each time with a warm, genuine smile and helped with the little things that made our stay even better. The breakfast and room service menu though simple but is all we need for the stay in this area.
