“Heaven on earth with sweet angels working there!”

Everything!! The location is great, the food is delicious and the triple bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We stayed with our two young sons and it was just heaven. But the highlight of our stay were the people working here. Superfriendly and sooo sweet for our boys! We were very sad to leave them behind. So: Ita, Sri, Piani, Sinta, Sintia, Ayu and all the others: thank you for making our stay perfect!! We miss you all!

“Exceptional views and incredible staff”

Stunning views from the room, genuinely breathtaking. The hotel is so beautiful and is in the perfect location. But what really makes it so special is the staff. I was welcomed so warmly by Dea and Sri at reception which started off my stay perfectly. Ita and Piani were exceptional, quite honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were unbelievably attentive, and so easy to talk to. They are a credit to the villa. Suksma Ita and Piani, Sampai jumpa 🙏🏻

We chose to spend Nyepi at Sidimen with a revisit to Abian Ayu. The team of staff and their hospitality are fantastic. This will always be a special place in our heart and our go-to stay in Sidemen. We can also see effort in keeping the place updated with facilities and expansion, kudos to the staff and management team

The staff are all amazing ,friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and its location is excellent, within walking distance of several great restaurants. The highlight, however, is the pool area, which boasts a spectacular view. I also tried the on-site massage service and found it very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
