Both hotels, the Palace and the Style were lovely, great ambience. The hotels have bought the Well Palace next door too, another great hotel. The reception, bar and restaurant and housekeeping staff all great. We would like to especially mention the bar staff at the Royal lobby area who were particularly attentive and kind. The coffee shop and the patisserie were fabulous.

Room was very good a TV and free mini bar was great I could only access BBC world service the entertainment team were poor and restaurant meals were continental and not English

Good food, good coctails, Corona beer, nice Al la carte restorans with good food and service. The staff is very professional and looks after every guests wellbeing
