Location is central but not very quiet. Our room at the ground floor was facing a rather busy pedestrian street. It was quiet overnight though. There was an issue with the warm water. There was not enough for the second person or the kettke stop functioning, not sure.

The communication with the owner was excellent. We informed them that we would arrive after 1AM at night due to a late flight, and they were able to accommodate that. We also asked where we could park our rental car, and the owner informed us that we can actually park inside the property, on the small patio behind the gates, which was very helpful. The owner also sent us some short videos to explain the check-in process, which went very smoothly. The apartment is located on the first floor of a property with a small inner courtyard, and we were pleasantly surprised to notice that the owner has put the heating on as it was quite a chilly night. The apartment is absolutely spotless, cozy, inviting and thoughtfully decorated. The bathrooms are both very clean, the bedrooms are very spacious, and the street is very quiet during the night. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, many thanks to the owner for the effort they put in to provide an exceptional experience to their guests!
