The receptionist upon arrival was very welcoming and helpful. A/C wasn't working when I arrived but it was fixed promptly, and the hotel notified me whilst I was out that it had been fixed. Room was good size.. I chose a room over the main square instead of over the courtyard and the view didn't disappoint. The location was exceptional right on the main square, opposite a mini-market and close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. People complain of noise below the hotel, I didn't find it an issue at all. No lift to upper floor ,so the elderly, people with mobility issues, and people with heavy luggage might find it a problem I enjoyed my stay there and would happily return. :)

Great location, in the city old center with very big and warm rooms. Everything was great, Sibiu City is always a perfect destination full of tourists and things to do.

Very central location for Sibiu, right on the main square. Comfortable with a particularly good bathroom, coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. Generously sized room despite the location with all expected facilities. Well worth the price.
