The property is housed in a historic heritage building and due to that does not have an elevator.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 EUR per pet, per night applies. We were upgraded because there was an issue with the room. The staff immediately responded professionally by offering us another room! The breakfast was very good, as well as the location of the hotel. As for parking, you will need to use a public car park.

The room was modern, clean and ‘smart’ with technology. The location was central in the old town.

A beautiful historic room with a four poster bed and a fresco on the ceiling. Right in the heart of the old town making it very easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served outside in the square (except when it rained) so we could watch the world go by whilst we ate. The breakfast menu looked a bit rigid with set options but in fact the staff were happy to mix and match so you could have want you wanted. Being in the heart of the old town there is no vehicular access. The hotel staff were very helpful and directed us to an underground car park (with a lift) which was a 5 minute step free walk away making it easy to roll our bags from the car to the hotel. Once we checked in the staff showed us where we could park about a 15 minute walk away for Euro 5 per day.

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the middle of the Old Town - perfect location. Well appointed room and water glimpses from the room. Staff person each day was great but once the last guest had checked in each day , the staff person went home leaving the hotel completely empty of staff until the following morning. I used the empty lounge area of the hotel as my office, which was very convenient for me - I really enjoyed our stay, especially having a chat to the staff person in the mornings.
