The location was great! There was a short walk to the center, bus station and also to the lake with nature paths. The place was located next to a prison which was a surprise to us and first felt quite bad. But then we noticed that it didn't affect the atmosphere at all. The building could have been any other building and actually it was much calmer than if it would had been a mall or bus station or anything else. So, the location was very calm and felt safe. We actually booked all three rooms because we were travelling as a group. Two of the rooms were nice and looked like in the photos, although there were some small things such as mouldy coffee strainer, but generally everything was fine in these two rooms (2 and 3). The view to the lake was nice in the mornings with plenty of birds. And the owner was helpful and answered quickly.

We stayed in room 2B, it was very modern, with a nice view and a very comfortable bed. The photos show the reality for sure. The best advantage was the washing machine in the utility room as we travelled with the backpacks only. It was really warm there as well not like in many other places. Would definitely recommend.
