One of 3 rooms. Clean spacious room in couples own home. Comfortable bed, good shower and wifi. Use of fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave and all utensils. Secure parking

When I booked the room a month ago, I joked about the inner decor style: It looks like my mom's taste. After staying shortly, I was touched by the "mom's taste" - it gave me, a Chinese solo motorbiker, whose journey started from Gdansk, exactly the feeling of "homestay". I arrived in the neighborhood at around 9 pm, exhausted. The darkness made it extremely hard to tell which house was the hostel. I ran into the wrong neighbor by mistake, but luckily, later I found a Polish biker couple who were also looking for the hostel. They kindly led me to the right one after communicating with a local, and we met the nice host lady at her door. The lady couldn't speak any English, while I couldn't speak any Chinese - thanks to the couple again, they helped me translate. I was told to use a room of 3, where I found I was the only one at that night. The bed was ultra comfortable. The shower room was big and clean. The smell of good cooking from the kitchen woke me up in the morning. It was a pity that I didn't use the lovely warm kitchen or stay longer because of my tight schedule. When I was leaving, the lovely lady spoke a lot to me, but I couldn't understand a word. I used a translation app, and it seemed that she tried to ask me which direction I was heading, and told me there were many castle ruins in that area worth visiting. We hugged goodbye. It was one of my shortest stays so far, but the feeling of home and mom made it one of the most memorable.
