Excellent Hotel, wonderful kind and Polite Staff, made my stay worthwhile. The location is far from Pattaya around 20+kms which is an issue. Breakfast was great, would have liked more if there were more Indian breakfast preferences. Overall i had a good time at this place, the hygiene, the cleanliness, the people top notch.

Perfect location. Close to a busy road with all facilities but set back so it was very quiet. The reason I chose this hotel was it is pet friendly and as I was travelling with my little dog, it was ideal. The staff seemed to love my dog as much as I did (this is written in the past tense because my dog died a few days later when I moved to Pattaya). I have written to the Christella telling them about my devastating new. The only real issues at the Christella are communication problems. Many of their guests are from Thailand or China so there are only 2 staff members who speak English well & they weren't always available.

Beautiful pet friendly hotel in a quiet location but close to many necessary public offices, dentist, health centres. Great & reasonably priced masseur. Quiet, pool area & fitness room. Kind & helpful management & staff. Parking area, dog park, comfortable & clean reception area with small mini Market for essentials & ice-cream. I recommend this hotel 100% The only minus was no hot water in the kitchen so washing dishes and saucepans etc had to be done in the bathroom which wasn't easy or very hygienic. And just Thai TV with no way to use Netflix & no safe deposit box
