I got exactly what I paid for. The room was small but had everything needed to spend a night's rest. Communication was easy and all done via message. Parking right at the door.

Everything is very nice, the only problem is that the rooms are cold, AC was constant at only 26 degrees (sometimes even blows cold).The TV only has 6 channels, and it's a bit old.Refrigerator was not working, we never needed it anyway. Some of the sockets were not working, you can solve the problem by unplugging the TV.(It's better to stay that way lol) The interior of the rooms is quite spacious and clean, but may differ from what you see in the photos. Overall pretty peaceful place to rest your head, there was never any noise problem.. I do not recommend paying online, there may be problems.

Hotel is easy to find, parking without problems at the hotel. The reception was available after a phone call - good to know. The Room was clean. Shops, restaurants etc. within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel and the rooms are really clean, room was not very spacious but comfortable. We had a comfortable stay and definitely first choice when coming back to Shumen.
