The staff was extremely kind and helpful, specially the gentleman who greeted us in the early morning with such politeness. The hotel is very close to the central bus station and also close enough to the city centre to walk anywhere you wish. Exceptional cleanliness! Special congratulations to the housekeeping team. I was very impressed as an assistant manager of a private hotel in London myself. The room we stayed was very comfortable and spacious. No faults at all. Thank you very much for the whole Royal Hotel team for such a pleasant stay, we will definitely return again.

From this location I could reach all the areas I needed to. The staff were welcoming and open. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable.
